The inspiration behind creating these remains somewhat uncertain, potentially originating from a pic spotted online.
Nevertheless, I crafted seven of these in one year for loved ones and friends. Utilizing solely Dollar Store materials, each piece costs approximately $15 to assemble.
With an afternoon dedicated to each project and numerous precise cuts involved, the supplies sourced exclusively from the Dollar Store included:
(1) Wire witches hat wreath frame
(5) Various types of dollar store Halloween ribbon
(1) Large mesh ribbon
(1 pkg) Felt twist (pipe cleaner) ties
(2 pkg) Halloween-themed embellishments
(1 pkg) Cotton Balls (optional)
(1) Witches leg door hangers
To embark on this creative endeavor, a hot glue gun, scissors or cutting wheel, and a cutting mat are indispensable tools. Commence by gently bending the tip of the witch's hat to create a distinct crook at the top.
Proceed to cut around 50 ribbons to a uniform length of about 7 inches for optimal fullness.
Enclose the hat section with a wide mesh ribbon by winding it multiple times until the hat is completely covered, excluding the brim. Subsequently, randomly insert the cut ribbon pieces and use the felt twist ties to secure them onto the frame, repeating the process until achieving the desired lushness.
Separate the witch legs from their hanger ring, reserving the ring for potential future projects. Stuff the witch's legs with cotton balls (optional) and affix the legs to the bottom of the hat's brim using hot glue. Decorate the hat with assorted Halloween ornaments until content with the visual appeal.
For hanging purposes, attach another felt twist tie to the rear of the hat. You could also create a bow for the tip of the hat, but that is also optional.
Delight in your new Halloween ornament, which should take approximately 3 hours to complete in its entirety.

I absolutely love these and so did the family and friends
These were relatively easy to create
These are a perfect addition to your Halloween decorating.
Project Fails

I wish that I had added a bow at the top on these. This year at the Dollar Store, I found a clip on like bow with feathers. Black and purple with glitter. I plan on adding that for a finishing embellishment.
