I may collect a small share of sales from the links on this page.
Android Auto/Apple CarPlay Wireless Auto Adapter
I purchased this for my truck using Android Auto and it worked beautifully. It automatically connects when you get far enough away from your home network. The reviews are mixed but for me it was amazing enough that I bought one for both cars.
Full disclosure - I've not tried this on Apple CarPlay, but the instructions speak to it working similarly.
Greenworks Grass Trimmer
Recently, I made the decision to go electric on the lawn mower and have slowly been converting all of our outdoor landscaping tools to the Greenworks brand. I had been using a Worx brand, and it took a beating over the years so it was time to upgrade. This trimmer/edger has been amazing.
Electric Pressure Washer
Video Camera Doorbell
From the post: Front Porch Refresh
My first step was to clear the porch and give it a simple pressure wash. This electric pressure washer worked like a champ, and I highly recommend it. The hose reel is an added bonus!
From the post: Front Porch Refresh
The video doorbell camera from Mubview has worked great. No subscription service required, and it has expandable memory with an SD card. Battery life is great, and the app for your smartphone works well.
Trendy Stencil
Welcome Mat
From the post: Front Porch Refresh
The stencil that we used on the porch stoop was also perfect for the style that we wanted. The style is Trendy.
From the post: Front Porch Refresh
The final touch to the porch refresh was a new welcome mat. The mat was the perfect size and made of a material that I wasn't expecting (not sisal), and I believe will work out better for us.
Home Sweet Home Metal Wall Art
This wall art is perfect for any DIY wall art/project. The metal is thin and doesn't stick out too far against the wall or project. Best part is that it comes as 3 separate pieces that you can use as a whole or piece it out for your projects.
Joseph Joseph Sipp Travel Mug with Flip-Top Cap
I searched high and low to find a replacement travel mug for my poor beat up Aladdin brand mug. We were on a search for a travel mug that didn't contain any metals. After all, I wanted to be able to heat it in the microwave before I left the house.
It is next to impossible to find a mug these days without metal in it, but these fit the bill! They keep things hot for a long time, and the flip-top cap is such a bonus.
Mini Plastic Trash Cans with Swing-Top Lid
While looking for a trash can to sit next to the chairs in the living room we ran across these little guys. Hesitant at first, I'm so happy I pulled the buy button on these. They're a perfect fit between the chairs (1 on each side).
Rectangle Tufted Storage Ottoman
A great find for the foot of our bed. The ottomans that we had were wearing out and had truly seen better days. It was time to either recover them or get new. I ran across this ottoman and we love it. There is a lot of storage inside under the lift-top lid, and the quality is amazing.
Cordless Saw
From the post: Tree to Planters
I used a little cordless handheld saw that was incredible to take out the weeping master of the yard. It came with a charger, two batteries, eye protection and a carrying case. I highly recommend it and look forward to taking it on the Christmas tree hunt this year.
Grow Bags (5 pack)
From the post: Tree to Planters
I searched for a solution to what to use to hold the plants for the new planters. I looked at plastic, as well as pottery, then I ran across these grow bags. Wow! - the price was right, they are sturdy and the perfect solution for what we needed!
House Numbers
Porch Light
From the post: House Number Redress
These house numbers exceeded my expectations. I particularly like the fact that they are larger than their predecessor, and they are raised up when installed.
From the post: House Number Redress
This Porch Light was a great find! It gives off ample light for the front of our garage, is easily painted (optional), and includes two outlet plugs for additional flexibility in the bottom of the base.
House Numbers (replacement set)
From the post: House Number Redress
As I indicated in the post, these are the replacement set of house numbers for the originals. The originals are of good quality, they were just too narrow to see from the street effectively. This replacement set is Acrylic and will weather the outside well.
LED Lights
Lamp Cord
From the post: Bunks for the Grands
These LED reading lights were the perfect choice for the bunk beds for the grandkids. Each light has its own switch and the neck on these can be moved to the perfect position.
From the post: Bunks for the Grands
This lamp cord was exactly what we needed to wire up the reading lamps on the built-in bunks.
Cord Concealer Set
From the post: Bunks for the Grands
These cord concealers are unlike most. They come in smaller lengths which at first, I was leery of, but after working with them they were the perfect solution. The smaller sections allow for more flexibility to install. A bonus is they were brown in color!
